The Marching Band Victory was founded on March 2, 1978 by musicians who wanted to play popular music.
The drum-fanfare form was the most popular at the time, so they started with trumpets, baritones, bass and a percussion section.
In 1983, the big copper arrived (Trombones, sousbassophones) which immediately opened up more possibilities regarding the choice of songs.
We can say that from that moment Victory played an important role in the world of music in The Hague.
This formula has won the band many years of success and has enabled them to make Victory a guest of choice in the Netherlands and abroad.
The current repertoire is composed of soft and rhythmic music.
